I had my show at 38+4 followed by a sweep and since then I've had contractions (or very strong 'regular' Brixton hicks) every day for a couple of hours.
Been bouncing and rocking on my ball like a good in, running up and down the stairs and trying very old wives tale imaginable to get things moving.
Last night(after a 2.5 hr macro trip) I had some very painful 'contractions' which stopped when I went to bed. Second show today.
Got up today and have been on my hands and knees scrubbing floors all day. I have a second sweep booked for tomorrow....but if this one doesn't work....that's my home birth down the loo because they'll book my induction for fri/sat.....
Help me? I need some more things to try!

It must be so frustrating when you've had your show but nothing else is happening!! Sex!! Gota be worth a try! Good luck
