    I had my son 11 years ago and now trying to have another, but I have pcos and My partner has a low sperm count, however we just started taking pregnacare yesterday

    Congrats on having a kid and new ttc-ing journey. According by iyoni app and the recent studies they referred , women with PCOS benefit greatly from lifestyle changes, a low-carbohydrate diet and regular physical activity. If you have not implemented changes, I highly recommend doing this to boost your chances of getting pregnant. I keep fingers crossed for a positive result. x
