Hiya I tried the fertility reflexology massage and i think I could feel some twinges when massaging the ovarie reflex’s not sure if it was a mental thing. Definitely relaxing! And nothing to lose

I read somewhere it is supposed to increase blood flow to the reproductive organs and other benefits. After i learn how to do it I'll give it a try.

I'm TTC my rainbow baby using a sperm donor and AI. I'm taking prenatal vitamins, Iron and super b-complex and will start baby aspirin 1Dpo.
