sensational back pain

Just me again, been having these very strange pains in my back all day today.. and a few last night, it feels like someone is running a very sharp knife down my spine... when the pains come, I get about 10 one after the other... I don't think its baby punching me .. could it be a trapped nerve?

It may be the baby pressing on your sciatic nerve, I had this with my 2nd child but just to be on the safe side you might want to consult your midwife (gyno if you live in the states)

sounds like the baby is squishing your sciatic nerve but you should really see your doc about it..I had this around 20 weeks preg and it isnt pleasant
