Separating with a baby, pregnant and a mortgage?

Seriously. How do you separate with a partner you have a baby wih. Pregnant with and have a mortgage with and I have no money?!

Can't live my life the way it is for another day and have decided to separate but I don't know how to even go about it?! Family won't be supportive and let me live with them.

So anyone that has done it what and how do you do it?

I would start by getting a consultation with a lawyer. It is different depending on state and country. You should be entitled to something. How long have you been married and owned the house? You may have to sell the house and split any profits. There may be other things too.

It is hard to say without knowing everything about your life. A lawyer would be a great start.

We aren't married but have has a house for 1.5 years together x

Ah okay, sorry! I didn't mean to assume you were.

Does the house have both of your names on it or just one person's name?
