Serrapeptase and Maca...anyone try these?

So I've had 3 cycles since my last miscarriage and am trying to find herbs that increase our chances of conceiving.

I've been doing some reading and it seems like Maca is good both for me and DH to help with libido, sperm quality, uterine health, etc. And Serrapeptase is supposed to an all-around great supplement, and I specifically want to try it to help with reducing my fibroids.

Just wondering if any other ladies have tried or are planning on trying either of these.

Well I just ran out to Natural Grocers and picked these up

I will keep track of my progress here, in case anyone else is interested in knowing how these work!

Just took them, and after the Serrapeptase, it seemed like some of the uterine pain I was having subsided ( I know, it would be crazy if it worked that fast so it's probably all in my head ) But I did read that some people use it for pain in place of Advil or Tylenol, so I guess it's possible.
