Seven seas supplement?

I had my +opk yesterday and waiting to ov now I normally have a 26/27 day cycle and was wondering if I take them beginning today if it would help lengthen my luteal cycle this month as it seems like it will be 8-9 days which isn't very long x

Hi hun, i used to work for Holland & Barrett & for any supplement its usually a good month or so before the product gets into your system before you notice the benefits, to lengthen your luteal phase i recommend you take the supplements daily until you concieve hun
