Today is the day. I'm going to actively not eat any unnatural sugars and I'm going to make myself go the gym at least Monday through Friday, everyday (I go Tuesday and Thursday right now to work with a trainer, but I've needed to get in more cardio).

It's going to be really hard for me on the not eating sugars. I don't even think about it. Stop at Circle K because I left my bottle of water somewhere (I leave bottles EVERYWHERE)? I just grab a rice krispie treat too, without even thinking. It's automatic. So I'm really going to work hard to not have any sweets. If I need something sweet, I'll have berries or something.

Anybody want to be buddies and help keep each other on track with whatever eating/exercise plans you have?

I am in need of a healthier eating and drinking lifestyle for myself and for my family!
