Sharp, lower back pain at 5 weeks?

Anyone have lower back pain this early and it be OK? I know I had back pain both losses but can't remember with my first two babies how it was this early in the pregnancy.Can it be normal?

Do you have a tilted uterus? I have been having lower back pain, particularly when I'm laying on my back because of that reason.

Oh I don't know :/ I don't remember anyone telling me I do. I remember having bad back pain with my first two pregnancies but not until later in the pregnancy. Is that something they would have told me or only if I asked? I will ask at next visit.
