Sharp pain down below?

Hi all, I've seen a thread on here about this but want to see what you thought about it, for the last week ive been getting a sharp pain in my lady bits mainly when baby moves then I feel like a dribble come out. When I look in my knickers I've got a quite a bit of a water patch. I have noticed this a few times with out the pain Ive been getting to.

This wouldn't be waters leaking?

Or baby trying to engage?

Could be baby opening your cervix by pressing down, which makes you get discharge
