Sharp pains when stretching??

Ok so i am 7+3, and last night i got scared because everytime i would stretch upwards a little, i would get a really sharp lightning fast pain in my uterus, then it would instantly go away. I have this irrational fear im going to stretch and my baby will get disconnected from my uteran wall. But then i cramped a little bit last night too, and this morning I was feeling a little sick, but not as sick as i have been the past couple days. Boobs still hurt n everything..and im slightly crampy today too, ive checked a thousand times but i have absolutely no bleeding or spotting. Im just scared of hurting my baby! Or that it will pass away before my next ultrasound on the 2nd! My first ultrasound was a little over a week ago @6+2, and everything looked great with baby and a heartbeat of 120. Im such a worry wart...i just want to see my bean on an ultrasound! 10 more days..

Probably just ligament pain. Mine started stretching about a week ago. I would not worry.

Hi Pink! I get that too, or sometimes when I cough or sneeze.

I agree about it being ligament pain. I had that a lot with DD, especially in first tri. If I stretched, sometimes even just sneezing, moving the wrong way, etc. It's normal
