short cycles and pregnancy testing??

TTC. My cycles run 25 days. On D10 of my cycle, I had a scant amount of pinkish fluid on the toilet paper. We had sex everyday from D5 to D15. This past month, I was sure I was pg. Af a day late so I tested and BFN. The next day AF, so I though arrived, normal for 2 days then the next few days were really strange for me. I didn't bleed at all on the 3rd day, then day 4 and 5 of AF was spotting. The weird thing for me is that I've been very emotional, I've cryied 3 times in the past 2 days and been having some mild lower abdominal cramping on and off... Would testing right now be even accurate?? Any advice?? Thanks!!
