Since having my daughter a year ago, my LP is now 7/8 days due to breast feeding. I'm not willing to wean her yet though.
I'm ovulating (used opk to check) and have had 2 chemical pregnancies due to not being long enough to implant.

I'm currently taking 70mg of vitamin b6, a multivitamin and epo.
Is there anything else I can do/take to lengthen it?

I don't know if you can take progesterone if you're breast feeding. Probably not. Sorry I'm not sure x

I was reading about Agnus Castus but I don't think you can take that when breastfeeding either.

Damn nature, thinking I'm still feeding a newborn!

Hiya hun, I can relate. I am BFing and my LP is short too. Mine is about 9 days. I am really worried about compliacations if im lucky enough to get pregnant. I cant offer advice as I am the same as you and not sure what to do. I dont want to stop BFing my son but also desperatly want to get pregnant!

xxx

We've been actively trying for about 7 months but haven't used protection since se was born. And my periods came back when she was 6 months old.

It's just frustrating, especially since she only took one cycle!

I was told red raspberry leaf tea -but I don't know if you can drink that while BF'ing. Its worth a call to your doctor.
