Shortage of Agnus Castus

I went to Holland and Barrett yesterday to get som Agnus Castus to try this cycle and they didn't have any of the 400mg bottles, apparently there is a shortage just now!

Any how's, I was in a rush and the shop assistant pointed these out so I bought them, but now I don't think they're any good as I says on the packet and on the website not to take if trying to conceive!

Have I wasted £12.99??? I havn't taken any yet, I wanted to check if I could take them first.

I think they all say not to take if pregnant or ttc, to be honest..! The only reason I didn't buy those ones myself in Holland and Barrett is because the dose is only 4mg, so I left empty handed and bought a larger dose from Amazon instead

Yeh, I'm thinking the dosage is too low. Bugger!
