should i be worried

had my anomaly scan last thursday but i have been booked in for another scan (letter came today its this tuesday)
we have to go back cos the sonographer couldn't see the base of the spine and also a certain angle of the heart

am i over worrying?

YES!!! if the baby was not co-operating then you would need to go back to get the rest of the measurements and things. Look on it as a positive 'cos you get to se your baby again!!!

yeah hon. It just means that bubba was sitting in an aquard position at the anomoly scan! When i had mine, she had to try for ages to get him to move so she could see his spine, I'm sure it'll be fine hon =] x

lol but seriously i know plenty of women who had to go back because baby was lying in a funny position. everything will be fine i bet you

I had to go for a second scan because bubba was being awkward. The only time to worry is when they call a specialist in.

Its just the way the baby was lying. I gotta go back week Mon for re-scan, sonographer couldn't get to check face @ all. He did say at the beginning he thought I'd have to be re-scaned 'cos lo was uncoperative.

Was face down, backside in air with arms & legs everywhere.

Lok on the positive side - you get to see lo again for free. I'm also getting another set of photos too. We have to buy token, but he said to keep it for next time. Still printed some off for me this time tho.
