It's been about 4.5 hours that I have consistant contractions every 5 minutes for about 1 minute. They aren't extremly painful but very uncomfortable and accompained by bad achey back. I've tried walking around and sitting down but they still continue to come, granted they aren't getting closer together or more painful (except for my back)

Should I contact hospital?

i would suggest giving them a call hunni, might something or nothing, but better to be safe and good for own peace of mind xx

I would then they can advise you if to go in or stay at home,Have your waters gone?X

i would call them because of how long it's been going on for and just see what they say x

give them a call... can't do any harm xx

yep defo give them a quick call, good luck Xx

I would call them, sounds like how my labour started with ds as it was all in my back to start with, good luck

****Just got back from the hospital and i'm 3 cm dilated. Contractions eased up a bit so they told me to go home for a while. i'm still getting but they're not very strong and i've lost my plug. the nurse kinda hinted she expected me back before tomorrow and doctor said theres no way i'd last more than a week :)

oh wow congratulations, hope all goes well for you. Keep up the activity, have a nice bath eat and sleep if you can before bubs gets here. x

Ooooh! Fingers crossed you aren't much longer. Good luck x
