Should I mention this to doctor?

This is my first cycle TTC off birth control. Just when I'm getting close to ovulating - I've butchered my finger and it looks like it will need stitches & I will need antibiotics plus a tetanus shot Is it still safe to proceed with TTC or would this cause any problems?

My appointment is tomorrow

You should be fine to proceed TTC...you'll be healed up in no time, before you ovulate, and I'm sure your antibiotics will have run their course by then.
