Should I track temps? Is it worth it?

Yes Worth it! 1st month or so can give you done anxiety about it but after that It was better. I just searched on Amazon and ordered one! Good luck.

Is defiantly worth it to find out exactly when you ovulate, but I find it a bit stressful. Lucky I seem to ovulate about the same time each cycle so will just be temping around ovulation

I got my bbt thermometer from amazon too- only a few quid

Just make sure your bbt thermometer goes down to 1/100th of a degree. Thats the best way to get an accurate temp. It's super helpful in tracking patterns in your cycle.
