Should I trust OPK or CM?

I got a positive OPK on CD10, which I thought was way early for me (when TTC my first, I almost always O'd on CD19). FF is saying I ovulated on CD11 but now I'm getting a bunch of watery cm and ewcm yesterday. I've been testing with OPKs again and they've been negative, except for cd10.

What do I make of all this?? My cycles are usually 28-32 days. Should I trust my body or cm?

I get the same.

EWCM before a positive and never on day of positives.

I got by opk because down there always feels sensitive at that time too
