Hi ladies! We have been trying Colief with LO for a week now and it seems to be helping her (she was very unsettled between feeds before) and also she has slept through since the day we started using it

However it is a pain on the bum to use while BF as you have to mix it with expressed milk and not to mention the price (haven't enquired about a perscription yet). I was wondering does going dairy free do the same job or is this something totally different?

I only have milk on cereal which I could drop no probs, I would miss cheese though I love it (but hips wouldn't :haha:)!

Cheers :flower:

Its worth a try; to be honest I am highly skeptical about the benefits of colief for BF babies as it is designed to break down cows milk lactose in formula-cows milk lactose doesn't pass through to human milk but the cows milk protein (which colief doesn't touch) is often the main problem xx
