shoveled snow...now im nervous

Im 8+5 and i just shoveled heavy wet snow. I feel fine, took a few breaks but im still nervous. Almost 2 years ago i had a mmc. I found out at 10+5 that baby had passed at ironically 8+5, and when i traced back, i had shoveled snow that day too. The dr tried to assure me that it was nothing i did to cause the mmc, but i still think about it and wonder what if? Ya know? Anyway, im being silly right ladies?
