I have just made the most yummy scrummy smoothie ever and thought I would share ... all because.... the baby is now kicking like MAD! 3 bananas 3 apples half honeydew melon 1/2 pint of milk whizz up and its delicious for these spring months! I suppose its really good for you.. all that fruit and calcium from the milk. Must be at least 2 of your 5 a day..so really useful cos I dont eat no where near 5 fruit or veg a day! Baby is going crazy in excitement with kicks and punches!! lol (must be all that goodness its not used to!)
