sick at lunchtimes...?

lo has reflux and is now on ranitidine only as i stopped the domperidone a few weeks ago, however since weaning and introducing a lunch time meal he has begun to be sick after his lunch time feed...! does this mean i should reintroduce the domperidone again to prevent the sick or do i just need to ride it out? when we stopped the domperidone both gp and hv said to just see how he gets on without it but now he being sick again does it mean i should put him back on it.

is the lunch time feed milk? bottle after solids?
if so could he be to full from his lunch for his bottle which is why hes being sick?

no... its a "solid" feed. he has his bottle at 11.15 and then has his lunch at 12.30/12.45

oh right! what do you usually give him for lunch as certian foods can make reflux worse?!

It varies but he never has anything for lunch that he's not had before. Quite often it Will be a powdered food mixed with formula. So far he has refused any homemade purees.
