sick or preggo?

Ok, i dont know when i ovulated, ovusoft says CD 22. Symptoms started the day before yesterday and no body is sick around me.
Symptoms
Fever-right now its 100.4 and ti feel hot and cold
shakiness
fatigue
sore throat
congestion
headache
full body ache
dull pain in face and ears

What do you think? If im sick where could i have gotten it? What do you think it is. I feel miserable. feel free to look at my chart todays temp wont go in on FF for some reason. Take my BBTs at 4:45 am. It was 99.86 this am. Now it is 100.4. oh yeah and i took a test today and it was BFN.
