sickness and diarrhea

I am 35 weeks and I have had the above come over me at the same time (not litrally haha) about 4 times now and never had them seperatly. Should i be worried? it usually happens at night or in the middle of the night but i am totally fine when i wake up the next morning

I've just had a 2 week bought of diarrhoea but I also went down with a temperature etc. you may be fighting something? Or could be just one of those pregnancy things. Make sure you stay well hydrated either way.
