Signature help ?

I’ve just joined I’m trying to add a pregnancy tracker thing to my signature but all I get is a message saying it can’t be added as it’s spam like ?

any help is great thanks

Have you selected the correct link for websites and forums? It gives a few different links depending on where you want to place the signature.
