i've just been signed off for another week (2nd week now) with spd and lower back pain, never realised how painful pregnancy can be and im only 17weeks!! its making me feel miserable as all i can do is lay there and not do much :( i really hope you start to feel better soon and can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy! Definitely know what you mean by feeling like an old lady, a hot water bottle has become my best friend! It'll all be worth it in the end!!!! xx

how do you know if you have spd? I could get checked out for that, makes sense!

what's spd? (I've only had terrible headaches, but my blood pressure and urine are normal, so I think, am ok...ish)

best wishes

I've had terrible back pain, but it isn't constant at the moment. But when it starts I'm crippled :/ so I kinda understand how you feel Hun. Feel better soon!

XxX

Symphysis pubis dysfunction or pelvic girdle pain its when the ligaments in your pelvis soften when your pregnant and it causes extreme pain and discomfort cos the pelvis can become misaligned (sorry if I spelt that wrong). I had it in my last pregnancy and it can be diagnosed by your mw or gp xx
