Im stuck on what to make Zach for lunch! He refuses teat sandwiches or even hold bread! And i really can't think of anything simple apart from jacket potatoes or pasta? Any ideas?

what about a slightly firmer toasted sandwich??
little cracker bread things, like melba toast with stuff on (I think HIPP organic do one from 12mths but don't see why you couldn't use adult ones)
fish cake and peas (my son loved that for lunch)
rice mixed up with peas, sweetcorn, etc..

Breadsticks
Crackers (find some that are low in salt)
Make your own savoury biscuits / cheese straws
Scotch pancakes

rip the sandwiches into pieces - he may like to pick up the small bits better. This works for dean becasue he has no idea how the take normal sized bites - he would put the whole thing in his mouth!

I hold Omar's sandwich or cut it into pieces. (I use pita bread). He ends up putting half the sandwich in his mouth, then gagging if I leave it for him to feed himself.

Omlette/scrambled eggs, yoghurt, Roasted veggies, baked fish or chicken strips, baked potato wedges.

Aiden loves yogurt and fruit, mango and pineapple out of a tin are easy too and nice and soft xx
