Sinus infection/sore throat in TWW?

Hey ladies - any of you in the TWW having a sore throat/cold/sinus infection?

Three days ago I had EXTREME thirst, couldn't quench it, then yesterday morning I woke up with a sniffly stuffed up nose and sneezing. Progressed into what I think is a mild sinus infection and woke up today with a terribly sore throat. I've read many posts here and on other sites about women getting sinus infections before their BFP...I tested this morning (10DPO?) and it was negative, but my urine was pretty diluted from drinking so much water yesterday!

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same symptoms, or have had them during the TWW and what happened?

I'm probably not much help as I've had a sinus infection since the 4th (about a week before O). I still have some minor sniffles but no congestion (Thank God, I hate that part).
However yesterday and today I've been more sneezy so who knows if it's related. I'm currently 6dpo.
