Sinus pain? :(

I have terrible pain in my temples and sinuses, has anyone else experienced this? I've always had small sinus so bad colds and infections etc but it seems to have got worse the last couple of weeks, I also get a lot of bleeding in my nose not pouring nose bleeds but when I blow my nose there's nearly always some blood, i am 28 weeks plus two xx
