Skinny arms in clothing?

Anyone else having this problem? I don't think phoebes arms are chubby at all but I'm struggling to get some of her long sleeved tops and dresses on her - they fit fine otherwise though. Biggest culprits seem to be tesco and next - shame cos I love their clothes!

M&Co tops have quite big arms, I found primark are the worst for having skinny arms. x

I bought a lovely top from Matalan and she couldn't get her arms in it at all. I thought it was because she is quite chubby but you'd think they'd consider this in the design?! And I have the same problem with Tesco bodysuits; one wash and they're too tight on the arms.
