Sky has ruined my night

Well me and OH booked seven pounds to watch at 9 o clock with the strawberries and drinks all in place to lie and watch it.Well this is the 3rd time we have tried to watch it and it cuts out to a blue screen Well we phoned up and apparently we were not booking it right So anyway no movie for us

How can you not book it right?! They are taking the piss with you. Do u have a PIN lock on it? If so you put in pin, and it confirms the price and the start time. If not then it just confirms the price and start time. Then you get a reminder when its about to start, you press select and hey presto - film.

Do you guys have On Demand over there?? Then you can rent something "on demand".. and you get it for 24 hours or whatever??
