Sleep Advice.. 19mo

Hi, new to this forum,need some help. Please dont r&r- I have a little girl tegan she is 19 months old and is now in a toddler bed. She was in her own room for a while but would wake terrified and cry for a good 10 mins even with me or oh in there. Anyway after a good half an hour to hour of her being away my oh brings her in to our room in our bed. We believed maybe she wasnt ready for her own room so got a spare bed for ours but now shes is constantly in our bed. She wont sleep til 10/11 sometimes even 12.. and shes awake thru the night, we've tried a routine and it worked for awhile but not anymore.. I couldnt keep with it due to being so exhausted from being awake all night.
Any tips please?

Did she sleep in her own room when she was in a crib? It may be that she wasn't ready enough to transition into a bed.

could you try 'shifts' with your OH, you stay with her in her room for a night then OH does the next night til she gets used to it? that way if you sleep you can recharge next night. sorry im trying to stop co-sleeping myself and am at a loss too
