Sleep!! Always extremely exhausted

Just had my baby girl almost two weeks ago now and I’m constantly feeling exhausted and tired. I don’t get much help with her so it’s basically just me 24/7. For the single moms, how do you do it!? With breastfeeding and constantly changing diapers it’s so exhausting for me. This is my first baby.. does it get easier?

It does get better! I'll be honest, it was months of exhaustion (which at least I acclimated to), but my son is 9 months old and so much better now! He slept through the night at 5 months which was huge. Those days of living like a zombie feels like ages ago.

I fortunately had help, but read something that felt so right. Just do what HAS to be done. Like, enough laundry that you and baby have clean(ish) clothes, feeding supplies as needed, the rest of the dishes and cleaning, etc can wait. Don't forget to take care of yourself, as you can't be a good mom if you're not a good you.
