I usually have a pretty normal sleep schedule, but ever since I found out that I'm pregnant it seems like I can only sleep for 4 or 5 hours at a time. Before I was pregnant I would sleep a solid 8-9 hours but for some reason now I can't get more than 5. I woke up this morning at 4:00 for no reason at all, just woke up and could not go back to sleep. Is this happening to anyone else?
