I feel like I have to battle a world war just to get LO to sleep lately. I don't know what is going on. Every day, every night.

I used to be able to put him down and he would drift off without any help. Now its at least a 30 minute battle to get him down. What has happened? Please tell me it is normal at this age. It's 11pm and he has only just gone down after a two hour meltdown

He has only had 2 hours sleep all day

    Help!!!!!! xx

My little girl was exactly the same. I prayed it was because of developmental leaps. Yesterday she started crawling properly and consistently and last night and tonight she has gone down in her cot like she used to. It may be fluke but I'll take it.
The middle of the night can feel very lonely but try to remember its not forever x

What's her daytime schedule like? Could she be overtired?
