sliding down nipple?

LO keeps sliding down my nipple, like latches fine bt ends up right on the end.. what can i do to stop him doing this?

Ouch Carter used to do this when he was little. I usually would take him all the way off for a couple of seconds, then latch him back on. If he continues to do this, it usually told me that he was playing or getting bored on the nipple, and I'd take him off for a bit. He actually did it to me in the middle of the night last night while I was half asleep, I had forgotten how bad it can hurt when he clamps down on the edge of my nip.

Adi does this often, but only on one side. It's always sore.

jup same here... taking him off and putting him on again is all you can do..

making sure youve got enough support underneath him too..

Hi my lo used to do this in the early days but he soon grew out of it, ESP if u keep taking them off when they do it! Good luck and congrats on his birth! Xx
