slight bleed during sex...7dpo

last night me and my bf had sex after a good 5 days without and fair to say we both got abit too excited and things got abit rough, afterwards we realised there was a bit of bleeding, not much and was very pale red/pink colour...

have we both just got abit carried away or maybe implantation spotting?? im stil new to the whole chart thing aswell so don't know wat to make of it lol
