Looking on ebay!!
Should i buy a starter pack or theres a new 2011 pack of 3 books which are syns, food directory and free food books!
Not sure which is best for a newbie!! x

Starter pack hun. The others I have and never use! See how much the starter pack is because If you just go to your first group then u get this and its all explained to you... then u dont have to go back. x

I hear wonderful things about the RAW diet. I personally do not think I could handle it. I went out to eat, just how many family and friends, and trying to keep things interesting. My grandmother did most of the raw diet and she drank a lot of fresh fruit juice herself.
