Slimming World syn help please

Hi,

I am doing it from home just using my old books, not online. I am looking for the syn value of the Little Stars fromage frais yoghurts you can get, but they aren't in the shopping guide.

Can anyone help me please?...not sure what you need...I'm on a green day...

Per 50g pot

54 kcal
2.5g protein
6.2g carbs of which sugars 5.8g
2.0g fat of which saturates 1.2g
0.1g fibre
0.1g sodium
82mg calcium
