You can choose to do green and original days, so on one day you would eat unlimited pasta, potato, rice etc(green day) and on a original day u would have unlimited meat and fish. You also can eat unlimited fruit and veg and fat free yogurts etc and you get 2 healthy extra A choice, such as milk, cheese etc and 2 healthy extra B choice, such as wholemeal bread, ryvita etc.
If you choose to do the extra easy plan, you can eat unlimited meat, fish and potatoes, rice etc together on the same day and all the other stuff but you only get to choose one A choice and one B choice. I prefer the extra easy plan myself as i like potato with my steak etc You also get 70 syns per wk and use these for anything that is not "free" food. I would say u really need to go to a class at first though to get your books etc.
