slow progress in labour

hiya ladies, i have had 2 previous sections after going into spontanious labour both times, i had slow progressing labours and am going for vbac-2 this time with the backing of my mw and consultant
i know that the chances are i will progress slowly again though and get stuck at 6/7cm again

just wondered it any of you have had similar birth stories and advice??
