SMEP & Clear blue flashing smiley face

Had decided to follow smep this cycle

Also using clearblue dual hormome opk.
Started bd last night on cd 8 and started testing yesterday morning as instructed from leaflet in cb packet as i have a 28 cycle.

Quesion is i got flashing smiley face this morning - am i supoosed to bd every day now for 3 days then skip the day or wait till i get smileyface not flashing and continue bd every second dayas per smep????


So confusing id really appreciate your help

I'm pretty sure you wait for the solid smiley face. That means ovulation in 12-36 hours.

Of course! I usually get 3-4 flashing before the solid. Good luck!!
