Hello!

I was so so so disappointed when AF showed this month. I'm sure most of you feel my pain.

This month I want to try SMEP! Along with pre-seed and pre-natals.

Anyone else trying this?

I think I'll post in other forums to see if anyone has had success with it. I am SO desperate for a baby! We had my neice (3 months old) here for the entire weekend and OH and I were LOVING it. It was such a nice weekend but a slap back into reality when baby was gone and it was just us! It did make us realize we are truly ready for a baby.

Hey Kitty!

I know how you feel! So crappy when the witch comes and you are not expecting her!

I am doing preseed this cycle too! SMEP, I tried that last cycle also. Is your DH spermies ok? If they are, you can DTD everyday through your fertile period. I am starting on CD6 and going straight through to CD20 this cycle....we'll see how that works, ha!

i think they're okay but who knows! i figure if we don't get a BFP this time, we will have him go test them to make sure all is good!

I posted in first trimester and had a few ladies tell me SMEP and pre-seed is what did the trick for them! keeping hopeful!

Anyone else trying this?

I am. This is my 3rd month TTC, first month using SMEP and preseed. I'm in the TWW now. Had positive OPKs on Saturday and Sunday. My OH and I have followed SMEP very closely, so FX.

I'm trying to be optimistic, but not so much that I'm devastated if AF shows up. If AF isn't here by Sunday, Oct. 2, then I'll test.

We tried this last month except the preseed. SMEP, OPKs, and Vitamins. So far no luck. Onto Month 3. Taking a more relaxed approach this month as a late june/early july baby isn't prime timing for my job so most likely this will be our month haha.
