Statutory Adoption Pay
Paid for 39 weeks at a weekly rate equal to 90% of your average gross weekly earnings up to a maximum of £123.06.

Statutory Maternity Pay
Paid for 39 weeks.
First 6 weeks are paid at a weekly rate equal to 90% of your average gross weekly
earnings with no upper limit.
The remaining 33 weeks are paid at a weekly rate equal to 90% of your average
gross weekly earnings up to a maximum of £123.06.

Statutory Paternity Pay
Paid for 2 weeks at a weekly rate equal to 90% of your average gross weekly earnings up to a maximum of £123.06.
