SMP Question

Hi,

Can anyone give me a quick hand with the calculation of my SMP? I originally planned for my Mat Leave to start on 2nd September, all the days before were annual leave and Bank Holidays etc. I agreed with my work that should the LO be here before the due date, they would pay me my holidays. With him being born on 24.08., I think SMP will automatically start 25.08. Taking the Bank Holiday into consideration, how many days holiday do you think I should get paid?

25 Aug to 1 September is 5 working days and 1 bank holiday.

I always thought strictly, that you lost any unused holidays if your Lo arrived whilst you were taking your holiday days, so its nice that they will pay you these extra days too x
