I have SMP now with my employer until Xmas.

The part of the company I work for has been sold and they have agreed to keep the employees.

How, if at all does this affect my SMP?

Will it just continue as normal as I will still be employed?

Confused!
 
Under TUPE the new employer has to maintain all the previous rights and benefits the employee had.
I believe any changes to your contract would have to involve 3 months writtennotice given.
