Sneezed and OMG the pain...

in my abdomen. Has this happened to anyone else? I've heard it is the ligaments but it is kind of scary. How normal is this? I'm only 7 weeks.

Yep!! Happened to me with DS and i'd forgotten about it this time until I sneezed for the first time again. OUCH! I find crouching over, or if you're laying down - bringing your knees up helps though

I was coughing yesterday, same thing. OUCH!! It is scary, but perfectly normal.

I've never had sneezes as painful as pregnant sneezes. I think it's because of everything that moves when you sneeze is also stretching and making room for the little baby inside.

Just another thing on my list of "least favorite things about pregnancy." It happens to me all the time and it's very painful but also very normal.

Yep coughing and sneezing! And the sneezing and congestedness of one's nose is also a pregnancy symptom, so expect more of the same. I tend to crunch up my tummy before sneezing or coughing and that seems to help. Good luck and h&h 9 months to you all

This literally just happened to me, sneezed and had a pain on my left side of my abdomen. Was quite painful at the time but gone now.

It's happened to me as well. This is my first pregnancy and I'm 8w 4d. It's been happening so much cuz I have allergies. It wasn't something that worried me immediately cuz I've beenfeelin so many weird stretching feelings that it's been a normal feeling for about a week now. My poor DH doesn't understand what I'm feeling and doesn't know now to react.
