Sneezing and coughing with cold - lots of cm normal?

Hi so I've had a really bad cold and have been sneezing and coughing like no ones business... I just went to the loo and had a large amount of cm (clear and stringy like melted cheese in consistency) sorry!!

Is this ok or should it be something I watch/ report to the midwife?

Probs overreacting but feeling a wee bit scared as it feels a bit odd down there now! It's probably where I am now overthinking it.
Any reassurance?

Its probably normal. If I laugh, sometimes a glob comes out.
Let alone if I cough...ugh...
