Sneezing and pain!

Bit of an odd question but when I sneeze I get an odd pain in my left hand side quite low down - its only for a second but was just wondering if anyone else has had this!?

Yes and I HATE it...It's not with every sneeze, but boy when that pain hits does it hurt! x

sounds like ligament pain from everything stretching. I get it on and off and it actually really hurts at times. If I cough, sneeze, get up fast, turn over in bed it really hurts, some people get it all the way through some rarely notice it x

i get it when i cough and lately ive had a nasty one so im literally doubling over everytime... and what makes it worse is that theres so many cough mixtures to AVOID in pregnancy that im not taking anything.

does anyone know of any 'safe' remedies?

yep I get this too, usually in my groin area like Ive pulled a muscle or something, again only last a few seconds but biy does it hurt when it happens

I'm pretty sure most pregnant women get this at least sometime during thier pregnancy. This pregnancy has been the worst for it. I always have to tuck my legs in close to my body when I sneeze or I about die from the pain! Mine last about 10 seconds, but the first second or two are the worst. feels like something being ripped down there, usually on my right side

Yeah i have these as well, its the sharpest pain ever it only lass a few seconds but boy when it does, it HURTS!!

I got this while blowing my nose this morning and freaked out husband as I had to grab my bump and sit down! But reassured him it's normal - think it is ligament pain.

I get it when sneezing also, and unfortunately I average about 20 sneezes a day on a good day! Not as bad when sitting I find
